This is the standard office management procedures compliance work - Law Society Publishing - four editions from 1997: latest edition issued in November 2007.

Managing Cyber-Risks
Law Society Publishing: this was first published in 2002 and addresses key IT, legal and compliance and operational Internet risks for law firms and strategies for their management. An updated edition is currently in progress.
