How We Can Help
The principal service is provided by Web4Law and consists of:
- a desktop review of documented systems, followed by
- interviews with key partners and staff at appropriate offices,
- sampling of files for compliance, and
- preparation of a written report with recommendations
We are pleased to provide either:
- a one day compliance check of all key policies and systems, with costed proposals for any follow-up drafting work that might be needed, or
- the above compliance check with a sample file audit to asses whether the firm's systems are in effective operation.
Other factors include the size of the firm and geographical location. Our policy on all consultancy assignments is always to work to pre-agreed fee rates which will only be exceeded by prior agreement.
