Supervision and Risk Management
Purpose
This in-house course will equip delegates with a comprehensive understanding of supervision issues, based upon the requirements of the SRA Code of Conduct and the Lexcel standard.
Delegates will have the opportunity of identifying potential difficulties associated with introducing supervision systems, together with the means of overcoming them. The course encourages delegates to consider appropriate management styles and their impact upon the effectiveness of the supervisory processes in place.
